The rental fee includes access to our venue space, tables, chairs, dressing rooms, and on-site venue manager. Additional services, such as AV equipment or decor packages, can be added at an extra cost.


4. Do you have parking available?

Yes, we offer ample on-site parking for your guests. Valet parking services are also available upon request.

Yes, alcohol is permitted. We require a licensed and insured bartender or bar service to serve alcohol during your event. Serving alcohol at your event increases the amount of security guards required for your event.


8. What is your policy on decorations?

We welcome decorations to personalize your event. However, we do not allow items that may damage the property, such as nails, tape, or confetti. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.


9. Do you provide event planning services?

While we do not provide full event planning services, our experienced venue coordinators are available to assist with logistics and recommend trusted event planners.


10. What AV equipment is available?

We offer state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, including microphones, projectors, screens, and a sound system. These can be included in your package for an additional fee.


11. Can we have a live band or DJ?

Yes, live bands and DJs are welcome at The West Venue. We ask that you adhere to our sound guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors.
